Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using WPA Trading ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you ("the User", "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information including your full name, valid email address, and a secure password.

Each person is allowed only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension.

Upon registration, you can browse available investment plans and activate one by depositing the required amount. Your daily profit is determined by your active plan.

Investment Plans

WPA Trading offers various investment plans that determine your daily profit and earning potential:

Plans are activated upon successful payment and admin approval.
Plan validity starts from the date of activation.
Once a plan expires, you must renew or upgrade to continue earning.
All plan investments are non-refundable once activated.
Plan prices and features may change at any time without prior notice.

Daily Profit & Earnings

Users earn a fixed daily profit based on their active investment plan. The following rules apply:

Your daily profit amount is determined by your active plan and is claimable once per day.
Daily profit is credited to your balance upon successful claim.
You must have an active (non-expired) plan to claim daily profit.
Using bots, scripts, or any automated tools to claim profit is strictly prohibited.
Only one claim per day is allowed per account.
We reserve the right to modify profit amounts and plan features at any time.
Profit availability depends on platform operations and is not guaranteed during maintenance.

Deposits

To activate investment plans, users must deposit funds into their account:

Deposits must be made through the payment methods available on the Platform.
You must submit valid payment proof (screenshot and/or transaction ID) as required.
Deposits are subject to admin verification and approval.
Processing time is typically 1–24 hours.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set per payment method.
Fake or fraudulent payment proofs will result in immediate account suspension.
Deposited amounts are non-refundable once the plan is activated.

Withdrawals

Users can withdraw their earned balance subject to the following conditions:

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.
Withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours after admin approval.
You must provide accurate account details (name and number) for receiving funds.
A maximum of 3 withdrawals per day are allowed.
We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect account details provided by the user.
Rejected withdrawals will have the amount refunded to your balance automatically.
Withdrawal requests from accounts with suspicious activity may be delayed or denied.
Service fees may apply as displayed on the withdrawal page.

Referral Program

WPA Trading offers a multi-level referral program that allows users to earn commissions by inviting new members:

Each user receives a unique referral link and referral ID upon registration.
Level 1: You earn commission on your direct referrals' investments.
Commissions are credited when your referral activates a paid plan.
There is no limit on the number of referrals you can make.
Self-referrals and fake referrals are strictly prohibited.
Commissions from fraudulent accounts will be revoked.
We reserve the right to modify commission percentages at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension without refund:

Account Violations

  • • Creating multiple accounts
  • • Using fake identity or information
  • • Account sharing or selling
  • • Self-referral schemes

Technical Violations

  • • Using bots or automation scripts
  • • Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
  • • Manipulating claim counts
  • • Hacking or unauthorized access

Financial Violations

  • • Submitting fake payment proofs
  • • Chargeback fraud
  • • Money laundering activities
  • • Using stolen payment methods

Community Violations

  • • Spamming referral links
  • • Making false promises to referrals
  • • Harassing other users or staff
  • • Impersonating platform representatives

Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms:

Suspended accounts will lose access to all Platform features.
Funds in suspended accounts may be frozen pending investigation.
Accounts involved in fraud will be permanently banned without refund.
You may appeal a suspension by contacting support within 7 days.
Our decision on account suspensions is final and binding.

Disclaimer & Risk Warning

Important Notice

All investments carry inherent risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should only invest money that you can afford to lose.

WPA Trading does not guarantee any specific returns on investments.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any losses incurred through use of the Platform.
Technical issues, server downtime, or force majeure events may temporarily affect service.
This Platform is for supplemental income purposes only.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. By using the Platform, you agree to the following data practices:

We collect your name, email, phone number, and IP address for account management.
Payment proofs and transaction records are stored for verification purposes.
Your data is protected with industry-standard encryption.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data may be shared with law enforcement if required by law.
You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting support.

Changes to Terms & Contact

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
